Key Responsibilities
- Review designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit prevailing site conditions.
- Review packages & coordinate with subcontractors for technical queries & highlighting discrepancies.
- Manage a team of structural & architectural draughtsman for preparation of shop drawings.
- Coordinate with MEP requirements.
- Evaluate & determine appropriate construction delivery systems & cost-effective plans.
- Oversee the selection of contractors & consultants.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Architect.
- 5+ years of experience in High Rise Tower Projects.
- Experience in High Rise Tower Projects
- Strong understanding of construction delivery systems.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team of draughtsmen.
