Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice and support on complex banking and finance matters.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and agreements.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law, preferably within a leading firm.
• Proven expertise in financial regulations, corporate finance, and transactional matters.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing global team.
• Admitted to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction (e.g., UK, UAE, or equivalent).
