Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve corporate sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Negotiate and close corporate contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service to corporate clients.
  • Represent Shangri-La Group at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, preferably in corporate sales within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi corporate market.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a passion for sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
