Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced Business Intelligence solutions, dashboards, and reports.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design, build, and maintain robust data models and ETL processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to leadership and business units clearly and concisely.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes and mentor junior analysts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, preferably in a mid-senior level role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data warehousing concepts, and leading BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT development, and database design principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex data insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
