Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within the media and content industry.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling Nielsen’s data and analytics solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing actionable insights.
  • Present complex data and research findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, research) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in client-facing sales or account management roles, preferably in media, advertising, or data/analytics.
  • Strong understanding of audience measurement, media consumption, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with senior clients.
  • Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and market opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
