Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships within the media and content industry.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and upselling Nielsen’s data and analytics solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing actionable insights.
- Present complex data and research findings clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, research) to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered effectively.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in client-facing sales or account management roles, preferably in media, advertising, or data/analytics.
- Strong understanding of audience measurement, media consumption, and data analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish credibility with senior clients.
- Strategic thinking with a proactive approach to identifying client needs and market opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
