Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of outstanding accounts and actively pursue collections.
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and secure timely payments.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements in accordance with company policies.
- Analyze account information and identify potential risks or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline collection processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Collection Representative, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Strong understanding of collection procedures and financial regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
