Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end construction project delivery for mission-critical facilities.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality, on time, and within budget.
- Foster open, honest, and collaborative relationships with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Implement best-in-class project management and construction methodologies.
- Oversee on-site operatives and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Drive certainty in project outcomes and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Construction Manager, ideally in mission-critical or data center projects.
- Strong background in project management and engineering principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain trust and long-term relationships with project stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering complex construction projects.
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
