Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all contract administration activities for complex construction projects.
- Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze contract variations, claims, and disputes, providing expert advice.
- Collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks and achieve project objectives.
- Support tender processes by reviewing contractual aspects and preparing proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelors-degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management within the construction industry.
- Proven expertise in FIDIC contracts and local UAE regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
- Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
