    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical models and machine learning algorithms.
    • Translate complex data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative data-driven solutions.
    • Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of data science capabilities within BCG X.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning technologies.

    Requirements

    • Master’s or PhD degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics).
    • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and strong SQL skills.
    • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data structures.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment.
