Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and manage executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
