Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership, managing complex calendars and scheduling.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for high-level meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Manage executive travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries, bookings, and expense reports.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening communications.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives within the executive office.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems proactively.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
