Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans and policies.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to optimize supply chain performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement operations.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior procurement or supply chain role.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, diversified business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
