Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee complex financial management activities for development projects.
- Provide expert advice on financial policies, systems, and procedures to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure stringent compliance with World Bank financial guidelines and international accounting standards.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessments, and performance monitoring for initiatives.
- Mentor and guide junior financial staff, contributing to their professional development and capacity building.
- Collaborate effectively with government officials, partner organizations, and other agencies on financial strategies.

- Proven experience in financial management, preferably within an international development context.
