Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex fund accounting and net asset value (NAV) calculations.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and capital calls.
- Ensure strict compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise effectively with clients, auditors, and other external parties.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their professional development.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Fund Accountant in the financial services or alternative investment industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial software platforms and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
