Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage full-cycle recruitment across both companies.
• Maintain employee records in Zoho People and prepare HR-related documents.
• Support the creation and tracking of employee goals and KPIs.
• Handle resignations, offboarding processes, and exit interviews.
• Monitor attendance, leave policies, and ensure HR compliance with UAE labor law.
• Coordinate soft skill training sessions and internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
• At least five years of experience in an HR role.
• Solid experience with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
