Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the assessment and analysis of existing legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive legal and regulatory reform initiatives.
• Provide expert advice and strategic guidance on international best practices in legal and governance matters.
• Draft legal texts, policies, and procedural guidelines for various project contexts.
• Conduct capacity building workshops and training for local institutions and stakeholders.
• Manage project components, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality deliverables and outcomes.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Law, Public Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Extensive proven experience in legal and regulatory reform, particularly within international development projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in policy analysis, legal drafting, and institutional strengthening.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, multicultural, and challenging environments.
• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages such as French or Spanish is a significant advantage.
