Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of contracts for Dubai Holding Real Estate projects, from negotiation to execution and close-out.

- Mitigate contractual risks and resolve disputes effectively to protect company interests.

Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within the real estate or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management principles.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience managing a team or significant projects.
