Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee fund accounting operations for Private Equity and Real Estate structures.
- Ensure accurate NAV calculation, financial reporting, and investor statement preparation.
- Verify compliance with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Lux GAAP, IFRS) and internal policies.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, external auditors, and other service providers.
- Actively participate in the review and enhancement of existing operational processes and controls.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering their professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, specifically within Private Equity and Real Estate funds.
- Strong understanding of Lux GAAP, IFRS, and the Luxembourg regulatory environment.
- Proficiency in fund accounting software and advanced MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative member of a high-performing team.
