Job Overview

This role is primarily responsible for processing various categories of loans and related transactions, including personal loans, auto loans, business banking loans (SME), mortgage loans, staff loans, and others. The role involves activities such as manual block placements, settlement of existing loans, internal fund transfers, and setting up customized payment schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Validating and processing new loans received through CAS and inputting new loans in T24.
• Executing additional steps post disbursement of a loan and diarizing transactions for second day activities.
• Providing remittance instructions to the Payment Centre and ensuring signatures are obtained as per the DOA matrix.
• Performing EOD checks for unauthorized transactions, printing daily vouchers, and scanning/archiving documents.
• Ensuring efficient, error-free transaction processing in compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Handling loan-related queries from internal stakeholders and providing timely responses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 4-5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 4 years in retail loans.
• Knowledge of loan processing and related banking operations.
• Familiarity with T24 system is preferred.
• Strong understanding of banking policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
