Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive organizational effectiveness strategies to support Digitain’s business objectives.
- Lead and manage complex change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful adoption across departments.
- Design, develop, and execute programs aimed at fostering a positive and inclusive work culture and enhancing employee engagement.
- Partner with senior leadership and department heads to optimize organizational structure, processes, and talent management practices.
- Utilize data analytics and metrics to assess organizational performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive evidence-based decisions.
- Provide expert consultation and guidance on organizational development, leadership effectiveness, and strategic workforce planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in organizational effectiveness, human resources, or change management roles, preferably within the IT sector.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and implement strategic initiatives that yield measurable organizational improvements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly evolving technology environment.
