Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced legal support and assistance to attorneys across various practice areas.
- Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and prepare complex legal documents.
- Manage and organize extensive case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Facilitate effective client communication and assist in meeting preparations.
- Oversee and mentor junior paralegals or administrative staff.
- Stay abreast of the latest legal and regulatory developments relevant to Luxembourg business law.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Paralegal, preferably within a business law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg business law principles and practices.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in legal research databases and document management systems.
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in English, French, and/or German.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.
