Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and prioritization of the product backlog to maximize business value and align with strategic goals.
• Gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, translating them into clear user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other cross-functional departments.
• Drive product discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure that delivered software solutions effectively meet user needs and overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) in a Product Owner or Business Analyst role, with a strong background in software development.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, secure software development, or IT consulting is highly valued.
