Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process procurement requests for high-risk goods/services.
- Prepare and propose bidders lists and follow up with suppliers.
- Prepare and issue Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Tender Package documents.
- Manage issued tenders and coordinate correspondences between Bidders and End-Users.
- Conduct commercial evaluation of bids and negotiate terms and prices with suppliers.
- Prepare Recommendation for Award (RFA) and review agreement documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or chain management.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement.
- Experience preferably in energy, oil, and gas sector.
- Certification in Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPs), Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
- Knowledge of procurement procedures and ERP systems.
