Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy for Booker.
- Lead high-impact initiatives across POS, memberships, scheduling, and payments.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Design to modernize legacy workflows.
- Partner cross-functionally with Support, Sales, and Customer Success for seamless launches.
- Use data to uncover root-cause issues and optimize performance.
- Drive alignment with teams across Finance, R&A, Compliance, International, and Platform.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of product management experience, with 3–4 years in B2B SaaS or platform-level roles.
- Deep experience modernizing complex, legacy software.
- Strong product instincts and a system-wide perspective.
- Hands-on comfort with SQL, analytics platforms, and debugging systems.
- Track record of cross-functional leadership.
