Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to align the product backlog with company goals.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, fostering understanding of user stories and product goals.
- Lead agile rituals, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
- Define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
- Monitor product success using KPIs and customer feedback to drive data-driven development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in agile environments.
- Deep knowledge of DeFi, blockchain protocols, and smart contract technology.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, user-driven products in a fast-paced startup.
- Excellent communication skills to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, etc.).
