Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex IT and project management initiatives across the APAC region.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to established quality standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues to keep projects on track.
• Communicate project status, challenges, and successes transparently to senior management and relevant teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT projects.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading complex projects in a multinational or regional setting, preferably within APAC.
• Solid understanding of various project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum certification preferred).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
