Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute advanced simulated cyberattacks (Red Teaming) to test organizational defenses.
- Identify vulnerabilities in systems, applications, and networks through penetration testing and exploit development.
- Develop custom tools and methodologies for red team operations, enhancing operational capabilities.
- Document findings, provide detailed remediation recommendations, and present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest attack techniques, threat intelligence, and evolving security trends.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the overall security knowledge base within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Red Teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security roles.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and a solid grasp of C/C++.
- Familiarity with various attack frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK) and industry-standard security tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey complex security concepts.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSCE, SANS GPEN, GXPN) are highly desirable.
