Key Responsibilities
- Lead the scientific and technical aspects of new product introduction for biosimilars.
- Develop and optimize processes for scale-up and commercial manufacturing.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure smooth transitions.
- Design and execute experiments to address product and process challenges.
- Author technical reports, protocols, and regulatory submission documents.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to a culture of innovation and scientific excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in biotechnology research, particularly in biosimilar development or related fields.
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
