Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for the Alvys TMS platform.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability, and respond to incidents and alerts.
- Automate operational tasks and improve deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features are designed for operability and reliability.
- Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of site reliability engineering practices and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar DevOps/Infrastructure role.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) and automation tools.
- Experience with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Solid understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
