Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure for the Alvys TMS platform. Monitor system health, performance, and availability, and respond to incidents and alerts. Automate operational tasks and improve deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features are designed for operability and reliability. Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and implement preventive measures. Contribute to the continuous improvement of site reliability engineering practices and tools.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar DevOps/Infrastructure role. Strong background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Go, Bash) and automation tools. Experience with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Solid understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and system architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems.
