Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for idea generation, collection, and evaluation.
• Facilitate innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions across various departments.
• Manage the end-to-end idea lifecycle, from concept development to pilot implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for new solutions and process improvements.
• Track, analyze, and report on the progress and impact of implemented ideas.
• Promote and foster a strong culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the group.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, strategic planning, or business development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a creative and forward-thinking mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Proven track record of managing projects and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
• A solid understanding of logistics, maritime, or digital transformation within a large enterprise.
