Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and infrastructure.

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical manufacturing IT environments is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft) are highly desirable.
