Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive repairs on hotel systems and equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ensure all engineering operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Respond promptly to guest room and facility maintenance requests.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize system performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory of parts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a technician in an engineering or maintenance role, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
