    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for TalentSathi’s products.
    • Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
    • Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
    • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
    • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience (5+ years) as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and solutions.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
    • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
    • Experience with various design methodologies and user research techniques.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
