Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key advisor to the Group CFO on performance and planning.
  • Lead the Group FP&A function globally, setting best practices.
  • Own the financial narrative for strategy, Board materials, and investor communications.
  • Drive commercial analytics and ensure P&L accountability across regions and products.
  • Build and maintain decision-support tools for scenario analysis and simulations.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years in senior FP&A / Commercial Finance / Strategic Finance roles.
  • Experience in a listed company or transitioning to public-company standards.
  • Strong commercial mindset and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Proficient in EPM / BI / data platforms and advanced analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience leading international teams.
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; MBA, CFA, or equivalent is an advantage.
