    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead rapid diagnostic assessments to identify operational, financial, commercial, or leadership value-creation opportunities.
    • Establish disciplined execution routines with clear KPIs, accountability, and pace.
    • Design, refine, and implement new processes, reporting structures, and operating models for the emerging Performance & Transformation function.
    • Step into interim CEO/COO/CFO/CRO roles when required to restore leadership clarity, operational control, and execution momentum.
    • Evaluate strategic pathways such as repositioning, partnerships, consolidation, divestments, or exit strategies.
    • Help establish the Business Performance & Transformation function from the ground up.

    Requirements

    • 15–22+ years of experience in turnaround leadership, restructuring, operational transformation, or performance improvement.
    • Proven track record delivering complex organisational transformations and performance acceleration.
    • Experience in Big 4 restructuring, PE-backed transformation, value creation, or COO/CRO-type mandates.
    • Demonstrated success operating across multi-sector environments and high-growth, high-complexity portfolios.
    • Experience building transformation playbooks, KPI governance, and execution frameworks.
