In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing major construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from planning to completion, and contributing to the company’s prestigious portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all phases of major construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety regulations on all construction sites.
- Proactively resolve technical challenges and operational issues that arise during project execution.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineering staff and site teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in French required.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform effectively under pressure.
