Groupe Léon Grosse is seeking a Senior Works Engineer (M/F) to join their team in Leudelange, Luxembourg. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing major construction projects, ensuring their successful execution from planning to completion, and contributing to the company’s prestigious portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all phases of major construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate effectively with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
  • Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety regulations on all construction sites.
  • Proactively resolve technical challenges and operational issues that arise during project execution.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineering staff and site teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in large-scale projects.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in French required.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform effectively under pressure.
