Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and automotive technicians.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus.
• Solid understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
