Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for Refeyn’s mass photometry instruments.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for global customers, primarily through remote channels.
- Conduct remote installations, configurations, and upgrades of instrument systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support processes, FAQs, and technical solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with R&D and product development teams to provide feedback on instrument performance and reliability.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective problem resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Physics, or a closely related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a service or support engineering role, preferably with scientific instruments or complex technical systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for remote customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in utilizing remote diagnostic tools and technical support platforms.
