    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
    • Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area in accordance with health and safety standards.
    • Manage inventory, track consumption, and place orders for bar supplies.
    • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the F&B team to deliver seamless service during peak hours.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume hotel or resort setting.
    • Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wines, and brewing techniques.
    • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality beverage preparation.
