Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert consulting on ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices.
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored IT services.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.).
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for client teams.
- Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Advisor, Consultant, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
- Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and client teams.
- ServiceNow certification(s) (e.g., CSA, CIS) are highly desirable.
