Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire IT change lifecycle within ServiceNow, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Plan, schedule, and control the build, test, and deployment of releases across the IT landscape.
  • Coordinate with development, operations, and business teams to ensure release readiness and successful deployment.
  • Ensure all changes are properly documented, assessed for risk, and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement of change and release management processes and tools, particularly within ServiceNow.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for change and release activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Change & Release Manager with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of ITIL framework, particularly Change Management and Release Management processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
