Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using relevant tools.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure all ServiceNow solutions meet specified functional and non-functional requirements.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Tester or in a similar Quality Assurance role.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and functionalities.
- Ability to design and execute thorough test cases for complex integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
