Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) management systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and local regulations.
- Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to SHEQ policies.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage and update all SHEQ documentation, records, and reporting systems efficiently.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on SHEQ system requirements, policies, and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in SHEQ system implementation and management, preferably within heavy lifting, transport, or engineering services.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively within a global team environment.
- Proficiency in SHEQ software, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Relevant professional certifications in Safety, Health, Environment, or Quality management are highly regarded.
