Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on all hotel machinery, equipment, and building systems.
• Respond promptly to technical issues, guest complaints, and emergency calls.
• Conduct preventive maintenance checks to ensure optimal functionality and minimize breakdowns.
• Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company operational standards.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Shift Technician or in a similar maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and perform repairs efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
