Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities and operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, designs, and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Engineer, preferably in large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
