Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site fit-out works to ensure alignment with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality meets Alpago’s high-end standards.
- Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation related to fit-out activities.
- Liaise with the Design & Build team, consultants, and suppliers to resolve technical issues on site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in fit-out projects, preferably in high-end or luxury residential environments.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and detailed fit-out coordination.
- Experience working with consultants, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and site supervision tools; AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
