Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage on-site operations for energy efficiency and decarbonisation projects.
- Ensure all projects adhere to PAS 2035:2023 standards and relevant building regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with project teams, clients (Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers), and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress, quality, budget, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health and safety standards across all project sites.
- Promptly identify and resolve any on-site issues to minimize disruption and maintain project momentum.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience as a Site Manager, with a preference for sustainable energy or construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of energy efficiency standards (e.g., PAS 2035:2023) and building regulations.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and diverse stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Possession of relevant certifications in construction or site management is highly advantageous.
