Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, supervise trades, and coordinate subcontractors.
- Ensure site safety and compliance with HSE procedures.
- Carry out quality control inspections and verify workmanship.
- Control materials and logistics, track deliveries, and minimize waste.
- Maintain accurate documentation, prepare daily progress reports, and communicate updates.
- Coordinate with engineers, planners, and client representatives to resolve site issues.
Requirements
- Proven on-site supervision experience on building/construction projects within the UAE.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations, building codes, and HSE requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret civil/architectural/MEP drawings and specifications.
- Proficient with site reporting tools and Microsoft Office.
- NEBOSH or IOSH safety certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
