    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions using Java and Guidewire technologies.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
    • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
    • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
    • Contribute to code reviews and maintain adherence to coding standards and best practices.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in Java programming.
    • Demonstrated experience with Guidewire products (e.g., PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter).
    • Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
