Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers focusing on cross-platform C++ development for Multipass.
- Drive the architectural design and technical direction for Multipass, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with product management, UX, and other engineering teams to define project requirements.
- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability across all projects.
- Foster a culture of open-source contribution, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager, specifically with cross-platform C++ projects.
- Deep expertise in C++ programming and strong understanding of object-oriented design principles.
- Experience with virtualization technologies, cloud platforms, and tools like Multipass.
- Familiarity with open-source development practices and community engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
